SEO

  • Search Engine Optimization New HampshireOur SEO Manager will be in contact with you to provide you with keyword research.  The research will include both the search volumes and competition levels for each keyword.
  • Keyword research should be completed in about 2 weeks.
  • Once your keywords have been selected, we will set up your monthly reporting.  You will begin receiving monthly SEO reports on the first of every month.  If you would like a member of the SEO team to go over your reports with you to make sure you understand the information provided in those, please let us know and we can schedule a call to make that happen.

Organic SEO builds both authority and equity for your online presence, business, and brand, which is a key factor in how Google determines your ranking placement in the search engines.

That being said, we like to make sure our clients are aware that it can be difficult to determine how long it will take for your keywords to start ranking.  You may begin to see rankings populate in your monthly reports in 3 months, or it may take up to 6 or 8 months, depending on the competition levels of your selected keywords, but it is important to us to set up realistic expectations for you from the get-go to ensure we are building a long-term relationship with you, as a valued client, on trust.

Web Design

  • Responsive Web Design & Development Nashua NHThe typical turnaround time for web design is around 60 business days, depending on how much back and forth will be required throughout the process and our current web design queue.

  • If you need help developing more or additional content for your website, we are able to help you with this.  Once the new website and page structure is determined, we can determine where content is needed.  We may need your assistance in creating bullet point lists for the pages when the time comes to ensure all the necessary information relative to your business and provided services is present and accounted for across the site, but then we will be able to build it out from there.  All content will be sent to you for review and approval before it is implemented onto your site.

  • Once the new website is completed, complimentary maintenance and management of your website is included, per your request.  This includes adding/making changes to content and information across the site, updating homepage banners, adding to/creating photo galleries, publishing client testimonials, etc.  Larger scale management needs can be assessed on a case to case basis.

  • We can host your new site for you on our server at no additional cost if you would like.  Please let us know if you are interested.

  • Maintaining long-term relationships with our clients is extremely important to us, and in return, we offer a complimentary website re-design for every 3 years you are with us.

Social Media

  • Social Media Management NHOur focus and management is on the following platforms:  Facebook, Twitter, and Google+.  Consistent activity on these 3 top social platforms helps your business build authority on the search engines, which in turn, will help boost your rankings.  The number of likes, followers, etc. you have on each platform are not a determining factor in regards to your rankings.

  • We do NOT currently offer management of any other social media platforms, i.e. LinkedIn, Pinterest, Instagram, etc.  We are more than happy to help you set up accounts for these and provide you with guidance if possible, but do not provide regular management on them at this time.

  • We strive to post to each of these platforms 3x a week, which will include a balanced mix of industry related news, informative content, links to your website and blog posts, and socially interactive content (i.e. pictures, questions, etc.).

  • If you do not currently have any of these platforms set up for your business, we will create them for you.

  • We will provide you with all the links to these properties, and give you the option to be added as an admin/manager on any/all of your social media accounts if you would like.  We can provide you with guidance in this regard if you are interested. **The only potential exception here is with Google+, as Google has recently launched Google My Business, which combines their essential business-related platforms (Google+ and Google Places) and allows a seamless online presence to be created for your business.  We encourage you, as a business owner, to have ownership of this account, as it will only benefit you in the long run to have this in your name.  This will require you to create a My Business account, which also requires a Gmail address.  We are more than happy to walk you through and assist you with this process if necessary. 

  • We encourage you to post to your Social Media platforms as well, as no one can speak to your business better than you.  Adding your personal touch is a great benefit if you wish to contribute to the posts as well, but you are in no way required to do so.

  • Any type of information (i.e. articles, pictures, specials, promotions, coupons, etc.) that you share with us at any and all times throughout your campaign is greatly appreciated.
