Need more traffic? Here’s how…

posted on September 9, 2015

z333Your SEO marketing strategy is designed to do only one thing and that is to drive traffic to your website and business. As a small business owner, the odds may seem stacked against you. You don’t have the resources of your huge competitors. But, you do have one thing they don’t have – speed. Drive traffic with speed and a few new strategies.

  • The first thing you can do is some Twitter and Facebook re-marketing. There is a tracking pixel in both of these social sites that, when after you download it, will enable you to continue to market to anyone that has come upon your site. It can be a gold mine for traffic if used correctly.
  • Send a custom email blast on Facebook and capture extra traffic as well as those who are on any mobile device. Again, the same holds true for Twitter. With Twitter, also, try giving their Twitter Cards a try. They are longer than normal tweets and you can include images if you want. Twitter reports that tweets carrying an image are clicked on nearly 20% more often than those without an image.
  • Your greatest traffic weapons will continue to be a regular blog and as huge an email list as you can compile. You email blasts will drive traffic with special offers and information people can’t get anywhere else. Your blog, of course, is the heartbeat of your SEO marketing efforts and search engine ranking challenges. Promote your blog on every social media platform you are on.
  • Hire professionals to optimize your site for SEO marketing purposes. Also, create a podcast or host a webinar. These are almost guaranteed to drive more traffic and set you up as an expert in your field.
