Most people are spending almost four hours a day searching for stuff on their cell phones. Know what they need and want from you and deliver it with sparkling and engaging written content and video.

That is why it is crucial to have an experienced response team always in place and ready to go. Sure the great reviews are an easier job with regard to driving them to you but what about those negative comments and reviews? Reputation management is a huge concern for the survival and success of your company. It is a way to get personal and to build trust. People will always do business with someone they trust.

Find out which ones are visited most often by those who reflect your desired demographic and make sure you are out there.
